To create a progressive web app (PWA) on your Chromebook, open a browser tab. Navigate to the page that you wish to turn into a PWA. Click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner. Scroll down to More Tools>Create Shortcut. In the pop-up window that opens, check the box Open as window. Ta da! You’ve created your first PWA.
